“My journey with body rolling began around ten years ago, when I first discovered the rolling machines myself. I started using them regularly and was genuinely amazed by how I felt and by the changes I could see in my body. I loved that it wasn’t just about appearance - I felt lighter, more energised and that my body recovered better after exercise. It became something I really enjoyed and truly believed in.

​From the beginning, I loved the idea of group sessions and creating a community. There is something very special about coming together regularly. Over time, I realised that the social side of RollerFit was becoming just as important as the physical side. People come in and talk about what is happening in their lives. They might be going through a divorce, dealing with family difficulties, struggling with health problems or simply having a particularly difficult period in their lives. It becomes a safe space where you can talk, vent, be listened to and, importantly, not be judged.

​Of course, the physical benefits are a huge part of why I believe in body rolling. The machines provide stimulation that can support lymphatic drainage and circulation, and they can be particularly beneficial for people who exercise regularly and want to support muscle recovery. But there are so many other benefits people enjoy, including helping with the appearance of cellulite, toning and body shaping, relaxation, releasing muscular tension and facial release.

Ultimately, RollerFit came from something quite personal: I discovered body rolling myself, loved the way it made me feel, and wanted to share that experience with other people. But what I didn’t expect was how much more it would become.”
